대학원생활관 8동에서 오수관 막힘현상이 반복적으로 발생함에 따라 긴급 보수 작업을 시행하였습니다.(7/23)
■ 막힘 주요원인: 오수관 내부에 변기를 통해 투기된 물티슈 (※ 현장 사진 첨부)
- 물티슈는 일반 화장지와 달리 물에 녹지 않으며, 배관 내에 쌓여 심각한 막힘을 유발
- 이전에도 타 건물에서 동일한 문제 발생,이로 인해 다음과 같은 문제가 계속되고 있습니다:
✓지속적인 유지보수에 따른 인력 및 예산 낭비
✓공용 위생 환경 악화
✓건물 전체 거주자에게 불편 초래
※ 화장실 변기에는 절대 물티슈, 생리용품, 음식물, 기타 이물질을 버리지 마십시오.
이번 작업은 8동에서 이루어졌으나,
다른 생활관 및 기혼자아파트 건물에서도 유사한 문제가 발생할 가능성이 매우 높습니다.
부주의가 반복될 경우 전체 거주자에게 불편과 피해가 누적될 수 있습니다.
쾌적하고 안전한 생활환경 유지를 위해 거주자 여러분의 각별한 주의와 협조를 부탁드립니다.

[Notice on Sewage Pipe Blockage and Resident Precautions]
To all residents of the Graduate Dormitory and Married Student Apartments,
On July 23, an emergency repair was carried out in Building 8 of the Graduate Dormitory due to repeated sewage blockages.
■ Primary Cause of Blockage
: A large amount of wet wipes flushed down the toilet
- Unlike regular toilet paper, wet wipes do not dissolve in water and accumulate in the pipes, causing severe blockages.
✓ Increased labor and maintenance costs due to repeated repairs
✓ Deterioration of sanitary conditions in shared facilities
✓ Significant inconvenience to all residents in the building
※ Do NOT flush wet wipes, sanitary products, food waste, or any foreign objects into the toilet.
Although this repair took place in Building 8, similar problems are highly likely to occur in other dormitory and apartment buildings as well.
If such careless behavior continues, inconvenience and damage will accumulate for all residents.
